Mercure Avocats a été reconnu parmi les meilleurs cabinets d'avocats dans la section "Industry focus: healthcare & life sciences" du classement The Legal 500 EMEA 2019 paru aujourd'hui.

Agathe Simon advised United Petfood and its investment fund Waterland Private Equity on their acquisition of specialised pet food company Crusty Food, and assisted with the regulatory aspects of a proposed telemedicine and e-health project. 

She co-heads the department with François-Maxime Philizot, who assisted a biotech company with fundraising matters, and acted for Biogaran on the licensing and supply aspects of its R&D activity. The team was recently strengthened by the arrival of associates Juliette Fresneau and Constance Hars."
